Despite the bad winter in the valley, the mountains still have completely winter conditions, which require a lot of knowledge and winter equipment (crampons, ice ax, helmet and avalanche safety gear) for a safe journey.

Tufa spring is located in the Komatevra Valley in Spodnje Jezersko, next to the eco-farm Spodnji Virnik. 

The winter conditions in Jezersko enable, the operation of cross-country tracks, sledding,  family ski resort and an ice skating ring.
