A GUIDED WALK INTO THE FOREST, MINDFULNESS, AND CREATIVE CONNECTION WITH ONESELF
Together, we will take a short walk to a place in the forest. There, we will pause and reconnect with ourselves and the surrounding nature, and take time to notice the subtle details. Through a guided creative process, we will experience nature through words, movement, and imagery, and within them discover a message for ourselves. Suitable for anyone who wishes to relax and connect with both outer and inner nature.

In case of bad weather, we will conduct this process indoors at Korotan Hall (Zgornje Jezersko 57) as a creative workshop.
