The walking path takes you past the village centre, and from there, you continue along the asphalt road, passing by a chapel up the hill. On the top of the hill, you'll see the Karničar farm on the right side and, on the left side, the old Church of St. Oswald. The Church, first mentioned in 811, is elevated high above the valley and offers magnificent views of the mighty peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. At Karničar's, you can also buy homemade organic products: excellent homemade cheese, meats, dairy products, and eggs.

The locals dammed the heart-shaped Lake Planšar in memory of the large glacial lake, after which the place was named. The lake is one of the most attractive spots in the area. Park at the inn by Lake Planšar, continue past the inn, over a short hill along the road on the lake's edge. Alongside the road, on the left side, there's a barrier; bypass it and follow the path leading to the lake. Here, the path splits, one leading over a large bridge into a small forest and back to the starting point. The other takes you around the lake, passing a small bridge, and then you continue along a pleasant path by the lake back to the starting point.

The path can be walked in both directions.

Park opposite the basketball and tennis courts. From here, either walk along the right side of the Jezernica or cross to the main road, passing the municipal building. A wooden bridge leads you into a lovely tree-lined avenue. Continue along the avenue until you come to a T-intersection. Turn right to cross the next bridge, then turn left. Follow the dirt road until it meets the asphalt road, where you turn right towards Lake Planšar.

At the lake, take a break at the Restaurant by Lake Planšar. Relax with some refreshments and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
