The start of the tourist season in the mountains

Češka koča is already open on the weekends, but from 24th June 2022 onward its doors will be open every day of the week. You will also get the chance to experience the delicious food from its renovated kitchen.

Kranjska koča na Ledinah will be open from 6th June 2022 onward and offer plenty of earned rest to those that visit our stunning mountains.

Winter conditions in the mountains

Despite the bad winter in the valley, the mountains still have completely winter conditions, which require a lot of knowledge and winter equipment (crampons, ice ax, helmet and avalanche safety gear) for a safe journey.
