Fish for All: Fish Farming Workshops and an Experience at Planšarsko Lake

You will learn about the world of freshwater fish, fish farming and the nutritional value of trout. This is followed by a walk to Planšarsko Lake, with a demonstration of water analysis and an introduction to basic fishing equipment. The workshop concludes with a tasting of smoked trout and a warm meal.

Through interesting presentations and short films, you will discover the world of freshwater fish, fish farming and the nutritional value of trout. The workshop also includes a tasting of smoked trout spread and a warm meal – baked trout with a side dish.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 4 per workshop.

The workshops are free of charge and are carried out within the European project Fish for All.
