FISH FOR ALL: A FISH FARMING WORKSHOP AND EXPERIENCE AT LAKE PLANŠAR
Through engaging presentations and short films, you will discover the world of freshwater fish, fish farming, and the nutritional value of trout. The program continues with a walk to Lake Planšar, where you will observe a demonstration of water analysis and learn about basic fishing equipment. The workshop is complemented by a tasting of smoked trout spread and a warm meal – baked trout with a side dish.
