Join us for a magical evening at Cinema Under the Mountains!

We will screen the beloved Slovenian classic Good Luck, Kekec! (Srečno, Kekec!, 1963) – a timeless family adventure that has captured the hearts of audiences for generations. This award-winning film is based on the stories of Josip Vandot, a celebrated Slovenian author, and features the spirited mountain boy Kekec, whose courage, kindness, and playfulness have become a symbol of Slovenian culture.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Julian Alps, the film offers a window into Slovenia’s rural mountain life of the mid-20th century, with traditional music, costumes, and landscapes that are now part of the country’s cultural heritage.
