In this episode of the Alpine Association of Slovenia podcast "V steni", Karmen Klaura shares her story about life in the mountains, the challenges, and the beauty of managing Češka koča.

For over a decade, Karmen has been ensuring warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere at Češka koča on Spodnje Ravni, one of Slovenia's oldest high-altitude mountain huts. Her dedication and hard work were recognized in 2024 when she and her team won the prestigious title of Best High-Mountain Hut.

Mountain Rescuers’ Day – Jezersko 2025

You are warmly invited to the Mountain Rescuers’ Day of the Slovenian Mountain Rescue Association (GRZS), which will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Jezersko Park. The event is dedicated to showcasing the work of mountain rescuers, exchanging knowledge, and socializing.
