Panoramic walk to Jezerski vrh


The panoramic viewpoint path leads from Planšarsko Lake to a panoramic view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps and then to Ank Karavla.

Start the hike at the parking lot by Planšarsko Lake and head towards St. Andrew's Church, where you turn right at the intersection and continue past Šenk's homestead. The path leads along a dirt road by the stream. At the junction, turn left onto a side asphalt road, which, after about 200 meters, brings you to the main road, which you cross lengthwise. Continue along the forest-marked path until you reach the military hut, then continue along the dirt road to the main road again, where you turn left towards Jezerski vrh at the intersection.

At the Jezerski Vrh border crossing, turn left and continue along the dirt road, which starts between two border police buildings. Follow the dirt road up the hill to the viewpoint at Rakeževa planina meadow. A panoramic camera overlooking Jezersko is installed here. Continue along the dirt road until you reach Ank Karavla. The scenic path offers stunning views of the entire valley and the mighty peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

Panoramski sprehod Mali vrh


The path takes you from the centre of Jezersko to a viewpoint below Mali vrh, where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Karawanks.

The trail starts at the beautiful viewpoint of Kazina in Zgornje Jezersko, where you also park. From here, cross the wooden bridge and continue along the asphalt road past the junction for the Makek farm. Follow the forest road that gently ascends. The path ends at a viewpoint below Mali vrh. You can continue along the gentle forest road to its end.

Štularjeva planina


A walk amidst beautiful mountain views through the Ravenska Kočna Valley to Štularjeva Planina.

The trail begins at a large parking lot near Lake Planšar. From there, continue along the asphalt road on the left side of Lake Planšar. At the junction, turn left, following the path to Park Jezersko, where the path joins the thematic trail of Jezersko, which leads to a large parking lot in the Ravenska Kočna Valley. Follow the dirt road until you see a barrier on the left side; bypass it. Continue following the forest road until you see a wooden shepherd's hut at 1290m with breathtaking views. Return the same way

Partizan hospital Krtina



From Zgornje Jezersko, follow the Thematic Path towards the limestone spring, then past spacious meadows to the path along the Kokra River, leading to our final destination.

Park at the Kazina viewpoint in Zgornje Jezersko, then follow the Thematic Path towards the Limestone Spring, following the marked path to the Spodnji Virnik farm. Continue across the meadow, where the path forks to the right for the spring; we continue to the right, along a minor road past spacious meadows, until we reach a forest road and a fork. Turn right at the fork and follow the path along the forest road until you see a barrier on the left side.

Continue past the barrier (Spodnje Jezersko), along the forest road by the Kokra River, to another fork, where you continue left on the road towards the Partisan Hospital Krtina and the Komatevra Valley. The path leads over a wooden bridge; after the bridge, signs direct us to the right, onto a path leading to the Partisan Hospital Krtina along a small stream. After a few steps, you'll arrive at an information board for the Partisan Hospital Krtina. The path soon turns right and leads to the renovated Partisan Hospital, built in September 1944 and burned down in January 1945

Žmitkov špic


In the middle of the forest lies a hidden little peak called Žmitkov Špic, boasting a beautiful view. But beware, the upper part of the path is exposed and requires some hiking skills.

Start your hike from the village centre of Jezersko, past the branch school, following the signs towards St. Oswald's Church, and then past the Church and the rectory. The path then leads along a marked mountain path, past a meadow and into the forest towards the Žmitek farm. From here, the path branches off to the right uphill (signs for Virnikov Grintovec); continue along the forest path, well-marked with signposts. Follow the path to a junction on a small saddle, where the paths for Žmitkov Špic and Virnikov Grintovec separate. Continue left along the ridge, about 200m, to a rocky formation; follow the path to a ladder, then continue along the rocky ridge to the peak. At the narrow summit, you'll find a bench and a guestbook.

From the trought of mineral water "Jezerske slatine" to Ank waterfals


The path takes us from the trough of mineral water, "Jezerska slatina", to the beautiful Ank Waterfalls.

Wooden signposts by the road alert us to Ank Waterfalls and the mineral water spring "Jezerska slatina." From Ank farmhouse, we head towards the spring of mineral water. Shortly before the spring, the path turns right onto a steep forest road marked with signposts. After 10 minutes of ascent along the marked route, we reach a sign directing us to the waterfalls. The upper, 7-meter waterfall is single-threaded with a diverse appearance, while the lower, shorter one is wide-ranging (curtain). They are located at an altitude of 1240 meters.
