Vratca is a viewpoint above Češka koča (40-minutes walk from the hut) and presents the starting ridge of mountain Kočna.

From the top you can see both glacier valleys underneath, the mountain chain of Karavanke and right in front of you peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.
Grintovec (2558 m)
Grintovec is the highest peak in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps and many routes lead to the top of the mountain.

It is a good choice for more experienced hikers since the route has many narrow and steep parts but all well secured with wire ropes and rungs. In winter time Grintovec can be reached from the south slope and is in good snow conditions a great skiing tour for experienced skiers. Appropriate equipment is required in summer and winter time.

Kranjska Rinka (2453 m)
Kranjska Rinka is a 20 m higher neighbour of Koroška Rinka, even though they look the same in height when observed from the valley.

When reaching the top of Koroška Rinka only half an hour is needed to stand on the top of Kranjska Rinka.

Storžič (2132 m)
One can reach the top of Storžič either from Jezersko, from Preddvor or from Tržič.

There is a wooden cross on the top of Storžič and from there beautiful views open up to all directions. For experienced mountaineer Storžič can be also reached in winter time but be very careful because the weather can change fast.

Kočna (2540 m)
Kočna is a mighty mountain above Jezersko and consists of four ridges.

Several routes lead to the top of Kočna, whereas all meet at the same point approximately half an hour under the summit point. Routes are all marked and secured with wire ropes and rungs. There is a bivouac on the south-eastern slope of the mountain. In good wather conditions one can see far beyond Austrian border. Appropriate hiking equipment is required.

Dolgi hrbet (2457 m)
Dolgi hrbet is a mighty peak with thousand meters high walls where many demanding and long climbing routes for experienced climbers can be found.

Hiking route to Dolgi hrbet from Jezersko via Češka koča is very picturesque, well-marked and equipped with wire ropes and rungs, but it demands proper hiking equipment and some climbing skills.

Koroška Rinka (2433 m)
The trail to Koroška Rinka is rather demanding suitable for skilled hikers with appropriate equipment.

Peaks above Jezersko valley boast yet another attraction which is revealed by the names of three peaks (Rinke) at the crossroads of three provinces – Carinthia (Koroška), Carniola (Kranjska) and Styria (Štajerska). Štajerska Rinka is known for its mighty wall above Okrešelj but unfortunately does not have a prominent top, while Kranjska in Koroška Rinka are enclosing mighty ring of Ravenska Kočna valley, and are included in the booklet of Jezersko Hiking Trail.

Velika Baba (2127 m)
Velika Baba, with its thousand metres high south wall, presents the last two thousand meters high peak in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

The trail to Velika Baba is very picturesque and not very demanding. On the way you can spot many typical examples of local flora.
